Enrolment Scheme and School Zone

To prevent overcrowding, the Kelston Girls’ College Board has implemented a Ministry of Education-directed enrolment scheme, effective from Term 1, 2023.

In-Zone Enrolments

  • Students living within the designated home zone are entitled to enrol.

  • Prospective students with a sibling enrolled at the school as of 1 January 2023 are treated as in-zone applicants.

Out-of-Zone Enrolments

  • Enrolment for students living outside the zone is strictly governed by the Education and Training Act 2020.

The complete enrolment scheme and precise home zone description can be viewed at the school office, where physical copies are available.
