Dear Parents/Caregivers,

PAID UNION MEETING:  Wednesday 15 May 2024

The school has been notified that there is a Paid Union Meeting for all Kelston Girls’ College members of the Post Primary Teachers Association being held on the afternoon of Tuesday, 15 May 2024. Whilst the school will remain open during this time, some adjustments are needed to accommodate this meeting and to minimise disruption to learning.

The morning will run as follows:

• Block 1 10:00 - 10:45

• Block 2 10:45 - 11:30

• Interval 11:30- 11:50

• Block 3 11:50 - 12:30

Most of the staff belong to the PPTA, so students will be released at 12:30pm to go home. Lunches will be available to students from the Canteen at 11:30am. All students not remaining at school for supervision will need to be off-site by 12:30pm.

For students who need to stay at school until their usual finish time of 3:10pm, supervised study will be provided. These students are required to report to the library at 1pm.
