Waitākere Kyokushin Karate Scholarships

Every year Waitākere Kyokushin Karate has a number of scholarships available to children and youth in the local community surrounding the Waitākere Kyokushin Karate Charitable Trust Dojo who would not be able to afford to participate in sporting activities outside of school. The scholarships cover the dogi (uniform), use of protective equipment and a year of 1x a week training at the dojo. After the year of free training the students then get the opportunity to re-apply for the scholarship for the following year.

For more details please see Mrs Fuaiva’a in the sports office by Friday.
