School Board Elections Are Coming Up!

In September 2025, Kelston Girls' College—along with every other state and state-integrated school in Aotearoa—will hold School Board Elections.

These elections are your opportunity to have a say in how our school is run. The Board plays a vital role in shaping the future of Kelston Girls' College—setting strategic direction, supporting student achievement, and ensuring our school reflects the values of our community.

Want to make a difference?

You can stand for election or nominate someone else from the parent community (yes, you can nominate yourself too!). No special skills are needed—just a willingness to support all students and work as part of a team. Free training and support are available to all Board members.

Key dates:

• Nominations open in July

• Voting (if required) will be online

• Election Day is Wednesday 10 September
